The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our Government customers. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients. TRG is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our team in supporting the General Services Administration (GSA). This position is currently remote and Part Time; approximately 20-29 hours per week (hours may vary).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entry of requested GSA vendor partner container bookings from GSA system into IBSSUST system.
- Entry of IBSSUST booking confirmation into GSA system.
- Coordination via email with GSA and Vendor to confirm IBSSUST booking.
- Creation of Transportation Control Movement Document (TCMD) via GATES - entry of confirmed container information provided by vendor partner into GATES system (final booking).
- Coordination via email with GSA and Vendor to provide TCMD.
- Management of Hazmat Documentation
- Ad hoc support of modifications or updates to existing bookings via phone or email.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years of relevant work experience is required.
- Must be Public Trust clearance eligible.
- Must obtain ECA certificate for access to US Military sites. - Training will be provided.
- Must obtain Shipper Certification with IBS Sustainment Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) - Training will be provided.
- Must obtain certification for access to GATES - Training will be provided.
- Understanding of Commercial Shipping processes preferred.
