The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking an Installation Energy Execution and Policy Manager to support ODASN(E) in execution of ASN(EI&E) energy and water resilience priorities. This position provides senior-level support across policy implementation, program execution, and Secretariat-level tasking in accordance with PWS Part 5. The role focuses on aligning policy, technical analysis, and data-driven insights to support mission assurance and senior leader decision-making.

Location: Onsite at the Pentagon, Washington, DC (limited hybrid potential based on Government space availability).
Hours: 0800 to 1630, Monday – Friday (may flex based on Government mission requirements)
Travel: Contractor travel is anticipated throughout the period of performance.
Clearance: Active SECRET clearance required.
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Client: U.S. Navy, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy) – ODASN(E).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support execution of PWS Part 5 requirements across policy, technical analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Translate ASN(EI&E) policy and strategic direction into executable actions aligned with ODASN(E) priorities.
  • Support tasking execution by coordinating across functional areas to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Develop and review senior leader briefings, Congressional RFIs, and formal correspondence.
  • Conduct program and policy analysis to assess performance, risks, and alignment with mission requirements.
  • Coordinate across ASN(EI&E), OPNAV, NAVFAC, CNIC, and Marine Corps stakeholders to ensure alignment between policy and execution.
  • Support high-tempo tasking and short-suspense actions in a Secretariat-level environment.
  • Ensure integration of data analytics, reporting, and dashboards into execution workflows to support visibility and decision-making.
  • Contribute to quality control efforts by ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with Government expectations.
Technology & Systems Familiarity:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of data workflows including normalization, integration, and reporting.
  • Task tracking and reporting systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active SECRET is clearance required .
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience supporting DOW energy, infrastructure, or policy programs in headquarters environments is required.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills is required.
  • Experience supporting DOW or Service-level Secretariat EI&E, Energy, or Installations programs is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with enterprise data environments and reporting architectures.
  • Experience supporting data-informed reporting and analytics efforts.
